IMOCG 2022

Deze zomer barst het in Groningen van het orgeltalent! Uit de hele wereld komen jonge organisten naar de stad om te strijden om de winst in de International Martini Organ Competition 2022. De stad Groningen is uniek door de vele fraaie historische orgels die ze telt: tijdens het concours wordt er op maar liefst 5 van deze prachtige instrumenten gespeeld. De IMOCG 2022 belooft een week vol prachtige muzikale hoogtepunten te worden, met concerten door de internationale juryleden, 8 (!) masterclasses, een excursie naar het Ommeland en natuurlijk de verschillende competitie-onderdelen waar het publiek naar kan komen luisteren.

Data en inschrijving

De IMOCG is van zondag 31 juli t/m zaterdag 6 augustus 2022. Aanmelden voor deelname is niet meer mogelijk; houd voor alle actuele informatie deze website in de gaten.

This summer Groningen will be bursting with organ talent! Young organists from all over the world will come to the city to compete in the International Martini Organ Competition Groningen 2022. The town of Groningen is unique because of its wealth of beautiful historic organs: during the competition no fewer than 5 of these instruments will be played. The IMOCG 2022 promises to be 7 days full of wonderful musical highlights, with concerts by the international jury members, 8 (!) master classes, an excursion to organs in the rural towns around the city and of course the competition itself. The IMOCG is from Sunday 31 July to Saturday 6 August 2022. Registration is now closed; keep an eye on this website for current information.
